I'm looking for individuals to participate in a complimentary Stranger Session, a unique photography experience pairing two adults people who have never met before to create authentic, connection-focused images.

Whether the connection feels playful, romantic, adventurous, or simply natural, the goal is to document two strangers getting to know one another in a relaxed, guided environment. No modeling experience is necessary. Just come with an open mind and a willingness to step outside your comfort zone. Participants should be comfortable following photographer's direction, communicating their boundaries, and interacting respectfully with another adult.

Sessions will take place in the Walla Walla area. If you're traveling from outside Walla Walla, travel is your responsibility and is not included.

Applications are open now. Selected participants will be contacted directly. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

IMPORTANT DETAILS BEFORE YOU APPLY

This is a photography experience, not a dating or matchmaking service. While participants may be single, matches will be selected based on personality, comfort level, availability, and what I believe will create the most natural, enjoyable, and visually compelling session. Participants are paired as session partners based on factors such as creative fit, session concept, scheduling, general personality, photographic comfort, posing boundaries, age and gender preferences, and safety considerations.

Selection as a session partner does not mean that Brittani Smith Photography has determined that either participant is romantically, socially, or personally compatible with the other. Unless expressly stated in writing, Brittani Smith Photography does not conduct criminal, employment, relationship-status, sex-offender, social media, or other background investigations of applicants. Age and identity may be verified using government-issued identification.

Any decision by participants to exchange contact information, communicate, date, become friends, or meet after the photography session is voluntary and independent of Brittani Smith Photography.

Your privacy matters. All information shared in this application will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of selecting and matching participants for Stranger Sessions. It will not be shared with other participants or third parties.

Please answer honestly. There are no right or wrong answers. Honest responses help me create the best possible experience for everyone. Dishonesty will result in your removal from the project.

• Are 18 years of age or older

• Are open to meeting and being photographed with someone they've never met

• Are comfortable following posing and direction throughout the session

• Are willing to have images used in my portfolio, website, and marketing

• Are open to coordinating outfits with me before the session

• Have an adventurous attitude and are excited to try something new

After submitting your application, please email 3-5 recent photos of yourself to brittanismithphoto@gmail.com. Casual phone photos are completely fine. If possible, please include at least one recent full-length photo. NO FILTERS PLEASE.
