A COMPLIMENTARY PHOTOGRAPHY EXPERIENCE

I’m looking for adults to participate in a complimentary Stranger Session, where two people who have never met are paired for a fun, connection-focused photoshoot.

The session may feel playful, romantic, adventurous, or simply natural. No modeling experience is needed. Just come with an open mind, be comfortable following direction, and communicate your boundaries throughout the experience.

Sessions take place in the Walla Walla area. Travel to Walla Walla is the participant’s responsibility and is not included.



Applications are open now. Selected participants will be contacted directly. Submission of an application does not guarantee selection.

IMPORTANT DETAILS BEFORE YOU APPLY

Applicants must currently be ages 20–60.

Stranger Sessions are photography experiences, not a dating or matchmaking service. Participants are paired based on factors such as personality, availability, session concept, comfort level, posing boundaries, age and gender preferences, and overall creative fit.

A match does not mean Brittani Smith Photography has determined that two participants are romantically or personally compatible. Unless specifically stated otherwise, Brittani Smith Photography does not conduct criminal, employment, relationship-status, sex-offender, social media, or other background checks. Age and identity may be verified with government-issued identification.

Any communication, friendship, dating, or interaction after the session is completely voluntary and independent of Brittani Smith Photography.

Your application is confidential and will only be used to evaluate and select Stranger Session participants.

Please answer honestly. There are no right or wrong answers, but inaccurate or dishonest information may result in removal from the project.


I'M LOOKING FOR PARTICIPANTS WHO

• Are 18 years of age or older

• Are open to meeting and being photographed with someone they've never met

• Are comfortable following posing and direction throughout the session

• Are willing to have images and videos taken used in my portfolio, website, and marketing

• Are open to coordinating outfits with me before the session

• Have an adventurous attitude and are excited to try something new


HOW TO APPLY

Complete the application below to be considered.

After submitting your application, please email 3-5 recent photos of yourself to brittanismithphoto@gmail.com. Casual phone photos are completely fine. If possible, please include at least one recent full-length photo. NO FILTERS PLEASE.

If you're comfortable, send me a quick 20-30 second introduction video so I can get a better feel for your personality while matching. This is not a requirement, but it is very helpful!

Please include your name in the email so I can match your photos to your application.

Your application will be complete once I've received both your application and your photos.

If selected, the images taken during the stranger session will be shared across social media sites, Brittani Smith Photography's website and potentially other advertisements.

Stranger Sessions are a photography experience, not a dating or matchmaking service. While participants may be single, matches are selected based on what I believe will create the most natural, comfortable, and visually compelling photographs.
