Please include how long you expect the ceremony to be.
Please include the contact information for your wedding planner, a parent, or someone else that I can reliably reach if needed.
I highly recommend a first look for those wanting more time together and added special moments between just the two of you.
For example: read personal letters, vows, dance to your favorite song, share gifts, etc.
Example: flash restrictions
An “unplugged” wedding ceremony is one that kindly asks guests to refrain from using their smartphones and tablets to take photos for the duration of the ceremony. This allows everyone to enjoy the ceremony without distraction and/or an obstructed view, and allows the professional photographer/videographer to capture the ceremony without cellular devices being in the way and potentially in the shots.
For example: bride with father, groom with mother
It's often super helpful if you can nominate a friend/bridesmaid etc (or 2!) to help arrange and corral people for family photos and to help keep things moving as smoothly and quickly as possible. Ideally someone in the bride/grooms party who knows most of the key people and someone happy to shout and organize people! If you could list the ideal candidate here and also their email/phone number, that would be great!
Family formals don't have to take more than 20-30 minutes. However, this is only possible if we are organized beforehand! Make sure everyone arrives to the location on time. Please list ten-fifteen different groupings for family photos. If you have more than ten-fifteen family groupings, feel free to list them below, but keep in mind that it will most likely take longer than 20-30 mins with over fifteen groupings.
This will help me when gathering people for photos.
Example: let you do your thing, give lots of direction, etc.
The best time for me to eat is when everyone else is eating because, trust me, no one looks good with their fork loaded with salmon, on its way to a mouth wide open. I never shoot during the actual main course, not until there’s something official happening, like a blessing, toast, that sort of thing.
